APEX Update
/CeRTNA will be deploying an APEX update this weekend. (8/23/2025-8/24/2025)
*** Please be sure to close your APEX client at the end of your workday on Friday8/22/2025. ***
This deployment includes the following updates:
- Automated PKI Certificate prcess update to comply with vendor changes
- Submitter management API bug fixes and updates
- Administrative enhancements in session management:
- Idle Timeout functionality fixed
- Daily timeout feature
- Operational days of the week added for all partners
- Operational business hours added for agent partners
- Submitter Name change allowed on rejected submitter requests
- Bug Fixes:
- APEX client error handling when session is invalid
**8/24/2025 1:45 PM - Uudate Completed**
The APEX update has been completed on the ERDS & G2G platforms and post-deployment testing was successful.
Please make sure you are using the latest client (v2.2.9328.41795) when logging into APEX.

We’ll send out an e-mail once the update is finished and the post-deployment testing is completed successfully.
