APEX Update - Completed

CeRTNA will be deploying an APEX update this weekend. (12/13/2025-12/14/2025)

*** Please be sure to close your APEX client at the end of your workday on Friday 12/12/2025. ***

This deployment includes the following updates:

  • Feature updates:
    • Database Architecture change
      • Payloads moved to separate payload database to improve recovery options
    • Payload storage optimizations
      • Incomplete  and extraneous payload copies will no longer be stored in payload logs
    • Sectigo API Integration
  • Bug Fixes:
    • N/A

The APEX update has been completed on the ERDS & G2G platforms and post-deployment testing was successful.

Please make sure you are using the latest client (v2.2.9499.5336) when logging into APEX.

    **12/15/2025 9:09 AM - Update Postponed to 1/3/2026**

    Due to unforseen complications and holiday schedules, this APEX update has been rescheduled to 1/3/2026.

     We’ll send out an e-mail reminder prior to the new deployment date.
