APEX Client Update

CeRTNA will be deploying an APEX update this weekend. (3/21/2026 - 3/22/2026)

*** Please be sure to close your APEX client at the end of your workday, today, Friday 3/20/2026. ***

This deployment includes the following updates:

  • Submitter Rquest process improvements
    • Approval Comments
    • Request Maintenance
    • MOU page size validation
    • Removed depracated fields
    • Auto Activation of reinstated submitters
  • Bug Fixes:
    • Unable to resubmit Rejected Submitter when updating MOU or COI only
    • Some Reactivated Submitters not showing up on weekly Submitters report
    • Unavailable repository error message typo
    • Submitters Reactivated wuith expired COI when updating MOU only
    • Bandwidth calculation corrected on admin remote command console

We’ll send out an e-mail once the update is finished and the post-deployment testing is completed successfully.

The APEX update has been completed on the ERDS & G2G platforms and post-deployment testing was successful.

Please make sure you are using the latest client (v2.2.9566.17040) when logging into APEX.
