APEX Update - Simplifile using Remote Folders API

Hi All,

Over the weekend, Simplifile made the change from using our APEX client to a direct integration with CeRTNA using our API.  This will hopefully mean fewer delays for their customers in getting documents to the recorders' offices.  We are excited for this change as we continue to provide the most streamlined service for our partners.

Be aware that packages sent in before the transition Friday evening that were not retrieved until Monday may have some delays in being processed by Simplifile once they are returned.  CeRTNA will be working closely with Simplifle to get your resposes to them in a timely manner, but they may require some manual intervention to get into their system.

You can identify the affected packages by their Primary Transaction Reference ID.  They will all end in ".1.1" (e.g. "1402901712593.1.1") and will have be received and processed by your systems today.
