Overview

CeRTNA is migrating its Government-to-Government (G2G) SFTP service to a new server. The new server is available now — agencies may begin migrating at any time. All partner agencies that submit eRecording XML via SFTP must update their connection settings, complete testing, and send email confirmation of their cutover before the deadline below.

Reason for Migration

  • End-of-vendor support — the current server platform is no longer supported by the vendor
  • Security and compliance requirements — the new infrastructure meets current state security standards

Who Is Affected

This change applies to all agencies currently connecting to CeRTNA's SFTP server to submit eRecording XML files, including:

  • State agencies
  • County Treasurer and Tax Collector offices
  • Other local government agencies that do not use the APEX Client
