APEX Client Update (v2.3.1.14) - Reporting issues resolved

We have resolved all errors within teh APEX reports. Please report any additional issues to the contact info below.

We have received and confirmed reports of issues with the Reports in APEX. we are working to resolve these issues now and will update you as soon as the errors have been resolved.
CeRTNA will be deploying an APEX update this weekend. (6/6/2026 - 6/7/2026)

This deployment includes the following updates:
- Submitter management changes
- Added submitter Legal Name field
- Renamed some fields to match their actual use.
- Improved request comment readability
- Administrative updates to allow better management
- Approval comment now included on Submitter request approval emails
- Certificate Request table now recording Last_Modified date
- Token management update
- Remote token pin reset feature added
- Security Patches to APEX Client and Service
- Bug Fixes:
- Corrected Submitter log Created date from being changed
- Submnitter request approval comments are now optional
- Download and Install Certificate woks as expected
We’ll send out an e-mail once the update is finished and the post-deployment testing is completed successfully.

The APEX update has been completed on the ERDS & G2G platforms and post-deployment testing was successful.
Please make sure you are using the latest client (2.2.9649.20522) when logging into APEX.
