APEX Client Update (v2.3.1.20)
CeRTNA will be deploying an APEX update this weekend. (9/12/2026 - 9/13/2026)
*** Please be sure to close your APEX client at the end of your workday on Friday 9/11/2026. ***
This deployment includes the following updates:
- .gov Platform:
- New Platform options to support the certna.ca.gov Platform
- Make sure your firewall rules are updated before using these update platform options
- Enhanced connectivity logging
- Connectivity Checks lgged in detail for improved troubleshooting
- HTTP request logging for improved client diagnostics
- Reduced HTTP connections
- optimized client http requests to reduce network and server load
- Server side URL customization enabled
- Host servers no longer required to maintain active SSL cert as HTTPS is offloaded to Firewall.
- Payload services can connect to internal server IP rather than external hostnames
- Bug Fixes:
- MOU/COi Update allows legal name update on approval
- Admin COI upload fixed
