Effective immediately, the white list for the ERDS workstation firewall settings has been updated.  Please forward this notice to your IT department to update the settings on your APEX workstation ASAP.

The Firewall Settings  for the Workstation configuration have been updated to include the following endpoint:

• Hostname: waf.certna.org
• Ports: 443 (HTTPS) and 80 (HTTP)
• IP Address: Dynamic

The IP for this cloud WAF service will change without notice due to the nature of cloud infrastructure. We strongly recommend using the hostnames in your whitelist configuration rather than relying on static IP addresses.  If your system requires IP-based rules, we can provide a complete list of potential IP addresses upon request and it is available on our wiki at (http://wiki.certnadocs.org/doku.php?id=guides:firewall_settings).

An important update to our network configuration that requires the change above is being implemented on Saturday, August 2, 2025.  All traffic for certna.org  and certnag2g.org will be routed through the cloud WAF service, and all static IPs will be unavailable.   Access to the cloud WAF service can be verified by browsing to https://waf.certna.org on the APEX workstation

Please ensure this addition is implemented by August 1, 2025 to maintain uninterrupted connectivity and service.
